At With Adaline, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and liners are still intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
